Ciara has been a local government consultant and executive coach for years, and she’s still figuring out how it all works (or doesn’t).
Her passion is showing people how the game works so they can change it: for example, getting Oregonians to register as Democrats and vote in the primaries so their vote matters more.
Ciara’s also on a sh*tload of boards and committees and goes to too many civic events. Let her overcommitment be your benefit.
